6/17/20—Kayaking w/ Cara

Yet another one of Cara (@capturelifewithcara) and I’s adventures. This time in yaks on the Allegheny River. We were a bit apprehensive to bring our gear out on the water with us at first. Thankfully the majority of the river is knee level right now, so there wasn’t much room for error. Sadly since the river is so low, we weren’t able to send it off the rope swing or any rocks. Hopefully next time we go out it's different story. And obviously it’s tradition that when you go kayaking you get sunburnt regardless of how many times you apply sunscreen…fun. In terms of photos, editing was a bit of a challenge as I did not take a polarizer filter and the beautiful sun was causing a gnarly glare off the water. Not complaining, just a note for next time. Another memory in the books. Keep ‘em coming!
