8/2/22—Maui Sunset Swim

So in March after freshly recovering from Covid, I got a text from my good pal Cara that said “What are you doing July 31st to August 10th?” Before I could even answer the text, she facetimed me. First thing she said was, “I’m booking us an Airbnb in Maui right now.” Hey, couldn’t really argue with that. We added some friends to the call and it was settled; Cara, Nick, Autumn, Kadee, and I were going to Maui.

Let me tell ya, Cara really spoiled us by discovering this Airbnb. It was directly across the street from an amazing beach with a perfect view to the west. These photos are from the first sunset that I brought my camera to. Cara decided to go for a swim as the sun was going down. I truly don’t have words to explain how incredible this trip was, so I’ll just let the photos do the talking.
