10/31/20—Warren vs Moniteau
First time shooting a football game, but hopefully not my last. Definitely a lot of fun even though I couldn’t feel my hands by the end of the game.
I was there on a job of shooting one of Warren’s top defenders, Blake Arnold #4. Blake was in the quarterback’s face all night and came up with some big plays, punching the ball out on the first play of the game to set up a Warren fumble recovery and also forcing an interception for another Dragons’ takeaway. I also decided that since I was already there and have never taken photos of a football game before, it would be great experience shooting throughout the entire game.
Obviously due to the circumstances this year, the stadium wasn’t as packed as it normally is. Noting the apparent lack of the ever so famous WAHS Flannel Panel. It was quiet. Too quiet. However, the Dragons definitely brought their own energy coming up big in this win against Moniteau. They seemed to be clicking on both sides of the ball and got a lot of guys involved on the offensive end. Seemed to be a great team win for Warren. Go Dragons!
