1/31/21—Sean & Karina Engagement
I had the opportunity to shoot some familiar faces, this time for an engagement! In the fall, I shot photos for their whole family, and it was a blast. So when I was asked to take photos for the newly engaged couple, it was an obvious yes from me.
It had been a while since I've had a proper shoot outside. Especially an engagement session, which are my favorite. On top of that, it was going to be in the snow, so that made the day all the more exciting.
I really like how these photos turned out. I’ve had the idea of making a double exposure for awhile now, and going into the shoot I had a rough idea of the two photos I would like to put together to make it; a wide shot of the couple and a close up shot of the ring. And I would say it was pretty successful. (First image below is the double exposure. Next two images are the individual photos that were then layered together)
Congrats to Sean and Karina! Such a sweet couple. Thank you for allowing me to take these beautiful photos of you guys and for being troopers in the freezing cold!
