7/19/21—ADK Day 2

Second day in the Adirondacks and the first full day that we had to actually go out and do stuff.

First we headed to Whiteface Mountain, one of the highest peaks in the ADK with some awesome views all the way up to the summit. The fog and clouds were starting to break up just as we got to the top. Great 360º views of the surrounding peaks and lakes in the valleys.

After Whiteface, we went to a little lake at the bottom of a mountain. On the side of the mountain was a waterfall. Tried my best to capture the beauty, but no photo ever does Mother Nature justice.
